KTS InfoTech or Authorized Distributor shall not be liable for errors or for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the performance, or use of the software. You shall remain solely responsible for, and hold KTS InfoTech or Authorized Distributor harmless from all claims, liability and damages arising from the use of SalesMate + software.
